Returns Policy: Online and Mail Order Purchases
We hope that you will like your Sue Parkinson purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you're not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days by telephone or email us of your intention to return the product(s). Please ensure that you return products to us unused and undamaged in their original packing, to enable us to accept them for a refund.
We cannot give refunds in the following cases:
Items returned after 28 days.
Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 7 days.
Goods returned are at your own expense. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or a Courier so that you have proof of despatch. Replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been returned to us.
Pricing
All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Product Information
We do our best to ensure that all items are shown in their correct colours and finish but due to the variations in wood colours for example it is inevitable that their will be some variation in finishes. Different monitors and screens also vary enormously, so if you have any queries regarding colour or finish on any of our products, please telephone us on 01386 859233 Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5.30pm or email to enquiries@sue-parkinson.com and we will try to help.

Sue Parkinson is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information given at the time of ordering or when making an enquiry by whatever means is collected lawfully and in accordance with the data Protection act 1998. WE DO NOT PASS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ON TO THIRD PARTIES.
All transactions that you initiate with Sue Parkinson on this website are confidential. Your name will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

We have made every possible effort to describe products accurately. However mistakes in spelling and text can occur. Sue Parkinson is not liable for any consequent loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of goods supplied. Your statutory rights are not affected and remain as they do in our retail shop.

By signing up to our newsletter, you will recieve an initial email from us containing a unique 10% discount code which can be used one time only on www.sue-parkinson.com.
By subscribing to our newsletterm you agree to recieve email from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers updated about new arrivals, offers and inspiration. The subscription to the newsletter is not mandatory.
Sue Parkinson reserves the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newsletter, at any time with or without notice.
