Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 7 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and you may consider the following options:

FREE UK Shipping On Orders Over £75
Standard Delivery Cost £5.95 per delivery address for deliveries on Monday to Friday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to be despatched.
Next Day Delivery * Cost £9.95 per delivery address. This guarantees delivery of your order next day providing your order is received before noon on Monday to Friday.
* Weekends and UK Bank holidays are not considered working day and therefore orders will arrive at the earliest date possible.
Saturday Delivery Costs £9.95 per delivery address. This guarantees delivery of your order on a Saturday providing we receive your order before midnight on Thursday.
Standard Furniture Delivery Cost £12.95 per item for deliveries on Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.

Europe - £24.95 per delivery address

Most orders are sent by Recorded Delivery and require a signature, parcels sent to Europe are sent by Airsure and can be tracked and signed for on receipt.
In Store Collection
Sue Parkinson offers a completely complimentary In Store Collection service from our Cirencester store. When shopping online simply select in-store collection from the list at the checkout. We will send you email confirmation as soon as your order is available to collect from your chosen store. When collection your order please remember to bring your 'Order Confirmation' email with you, along with the card you paid with and a form of identification - e.g. passport, credit card or driving licence.
Please allow 2-5 working days from the day you place your order for it to arrive in store.
Orders that are not collected within 7 days of its arrival in store date will be contacted by email. If we do not hear you for a further 7 days we will return your order and return the payments back to your card.
If your order is unsuitable you are able to return the item/s in store or send back to us using the 'Returns Form' enclosed within your order (under the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy)

Return an Item
We hope that you will love your Sue Parkinson Outlet purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you are not entirely satisfied, please ensure that you return products in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition*, within 14 days, to enable us to accept them for a refund. Refunds timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some Products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons*.
